tauschool is intended for secondary school students. Users under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian consent to use the Platform and create an account. By registering as a user under 18, you confirm that your parent or guardian has reviewed and consented to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

All content on tauschool, including but not limited to quiz questions, explanations, curriculum mappings, design elements, and source code, is the intellectual property of tauschool or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our prior written consent.
The KSSM curriculum is based on Malaysia's national education framework. The Cambridge IGCSE curriculum structure is referenced under fair use for educational purposes.
tauschool is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce premium features or subscription plans in the future. If we do, we will provide advance notice and existing free features will remain accessible unless otherwise stated.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
Quiz questions are guaranteed to be error-free or match the exact format of official examinations
Results achieved on the Platform will predict or guarantee results in actual examinations
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, tauschool shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, examination results, or academic outcomes.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read our Privacy Policy carefully.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for breach of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via the account settings. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
